Disclosure Agreement

Please know all produce is seasonal and varies on availability. All fresh eggs are washed and cartons are labelled. All meats are processed and vacuum packed at a USDA inspected facility for food safety. All meats are sourced from our facility's grass pastures.

All payments are due in full prior to release of product to customer. All sales are on a first come, first serve basis unless a deposit has been arranged and made in payment. All sales are final.

Fresh Eggs

  • One Dozen Brown Pasture Raised Eggs- $5.00 each

Poultry

  • Whole Fryers- $5.50 per pound

  • Roasters- $5.00 per pound

  • Stewing Hens- $3.50 per pound

Rabbit

  • Whole Fryers- $16.00 per pound

  • Roasters- $14.00 per pound

  • Stewing- $13.00 per pound

USDA Pork

  • Whole Pig- $8.00 per pound

  • Smoked Bacon- $14.00 per pound (1 lb pack)

  • Smoked Ham- $10.00 per pound (whole), $11.00 per pound (half)

  • Bone-In Pork Chops- $12.00 per pound (2 per pack)

  • Sausage- $10.00 per pound (1 lb pack, pinwheel)

  • Bone-In Pork Butt- $10.00 per pound

  • Whole Pig Head- $30.00 each

  • Smoked Hocks- $3.00 per pound (2 per pack)

  • Unsmoked Pig Feet- $2.00 per pound (2 per pack)

USDA Goat

  • Whole Goat- $10.00 per pound

  • Bone-In Loin Chops- $16.00 per pound (4 per pack)

  • Bone-In Shoulder- $12.00 per pound

  • Bone-In Shoulder Chops- $14.00 per pound (2 per pack)

  • Bone-In Leg Roast- $16.00 per pound

  • Parsley- $1.00 per bunch (approximately 0.4 ounces)

  • Rosemary- $2.00 per bunch (approximately 0.4 ounces)

  • Figs, Blackberries, Sour Cherries will be added in future once mature and producing.
